Our history
As from July 2006, Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE was given the responsibility for the delivery of vocational education and training across the south side of Brisbane. The new institute delivers all business, computing and other non-trade courses previously delivered by Logan, Moreton and Yeronga TAFEs.
Our purpose is clear: we offer you exciting and flexible learning opportunities that give you the skills and knowledge needed for succeeding in tomorrow's world.
We are committed to ensuring our courses meet your needs. In addition to the large number of courses available, we have adapted methods of delivery to make it even easier for you to fit study into your life.
We believe in offering you a 'blended' learning approach to your studies. This means your study is not confined to the classroom - you have the option to study on-line and in the workplace. With double diplomas, and part time or full time study options also in place to help you gain your qualifications, there is always a study method available at Metropolitan South that will suit you.
