Metro South TAFE welcomes new Institute Director

Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE (MSIT), 2008 Public Training Provider of the Year, has a new Institute Director with the appointment of Ms Kaylene Harth.
Ms Harth brings to the position a wealth of experience and knowledge, with over twenty years in the education and training sector. Most recently Ms Harth was Institute Director of The Bremer Institute of TAFE, a role she successfully managed for over 5 years.
Ms Harth said she was excited by the opportunity to lead MSIT and looked forward to building the instituteâs already stellar reputation as a World Class training provider.
âBecoming MSIT Institute Director allows me to continue my passion of creating opportunities where people can better themselves through education. This is what drives me personally and professionally,â said Ms Harth.
âWith an ever changing world it is imperative that MSIT continuously adapts and evolves, so we produce higher skilled graduates who are ready to start work on day one or can step up to a new or more challenging role.
âMSIT achieves this through working closely with industry. We understand what industry wants, demands and expects from our graduates.
âMSIT will ensure that our educational delivery staff remains the best in the business through a clear professional development plan. Their expertise and knowledge is of paramount importance to ensure the best outcome for our students,â said Ms Harth.
