TAFE Queensland student satisfaction survey prize winner
Thursday, 28 May 2009
TAFE Queensland has recently undertaken a voluntary survey of its students to help evaluate the performance of its services.
To encourage students to complete the online survey, TAFE Queensland offered a prize of a Toshiba Notebook.
Needless to say, the response to the survey was overwhelming and TAFE Queensland received over 10 000 responses.
These responses from students will provide the TAFE institutes with valuable information on the quality of services already being delivered to students.
Following a thorough analysis of the survey results, TAFE Queensland will also be able to understand and identify areas which may require improvement and identify any opportunities to provide further or new services to students.
TAFE Queensland would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the students who took part in the online survey as this invaluable information can only lead to better service delivery.
The lucky winner of the prize was Laureen Duplessy who is studying a Diploma of Hospitality Management at the Gold Coast Institute of TAFE
