How to enrol

It's easy enrolling at MSIT!

Simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Find a course

Step 2: Read the "how to apply" section on the course information sheet to see you if can apply direct or if you need to apply via QTAC

 

Step 3: For direct application complete an enrolment request form

Step 4: You will then be contacted by a customer service representative to confirm your place.

Step 5: Once your enrolment has been processed and paid, you will be issued with a confirmation of enrolment, a receipt and further instructions such as timetables and orientation information.

 

Step 3: For QTAC applications visit Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC) and submit an application.

Step 4: If your application is successful you will receive your offer directly from QTAC.

You may be required to meet certain pre-requisites or entry requirements. You may need to have undertaken some prior study before being eligible.

Once your enrolment has been processed and paid, you will be issued with a confirmation of enrolment, a receipt and further instructions.

QTAC entry for full-time diplomas and advanced diplomas

As an alternative to directly enrolling in MSIT, applications for full-time and advanced Diplomas can also be made through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).

Details of available programs are published in the QTAC guide which is distributed to Year 12 students at schools and is also available at newsagents.

Orientation

At the beginning of each semester and/or course, you will take part in an orientation.

Orientation is usually fun and informative. It gives you the chance to meet the manager, teachers and support staff of the faculty you will be studying in.
