Jobseeker programs
The Queensland and Federal governments have a number of funding and incentive programs to provide training for job seekers. These include:
- Productivity Places Program - providing fully funded training to enable job seekers to undertake training at no cost.
- New Enterprise Incentive Scheme - helping job seekers to start their own business by providing small business management training, mentoring and business advice, and income maintenance.
- Fee concessions - MSIT offers fee concessions for eligible students.
