MSIT offers short courses in programs like Food safety and Responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Other professional development short courses will be commencing soon.
We do not currently offer Adult Community Education (ACE) short courses.
Short courses fact sheets
One of MSIT's short courses is Food safety. All elements of food safety required to meet Food Safety Legislation. Training options of this short course include:
- Training at venues convenient to your business delivered over 2 consecutive days
- MSIT trainers coming to your business to train staff in house (minimum numbers apply)
- Online version of training is available.
Responsible service of alcohol
One of MSIT's short courses is responsible service of alcohol. This short course enables you to acquire the skills and knowledge required to satisfy the requirements for responsible service of alcohol under State legislation.
Training options include:
- Training of this short course can be provided on campus, online, at work or through a combination of all three (please note that not all options may be available for each program. Ask a member of the Customer Service team what study options are available for this program).
