"I wanted to live in Brisbane and dreamt of buying a cafe. After looking into a range of courses, I chose to study at Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE because of its strong reputation, great facilities and industry networks.
"Before coming to Australia, I was an office manager for a software company. I decided I wanted to have an adventure and learn something new in a different part of the world – a journey which has been very successful and totally enjoyable!
