Student self service
TAFE Queensland's new Student Self Service website allows you to:
-
update your address, telephone numbers and email address
-
view fees and payment due dates on your account
-
make payments online
-
view your results and generate unofficial transcripts
-
monitor your progress toward graduation by generating an academic advisement transcript
-
view and update your current enrolment details including:
-
add programs and classes*
-
validate concessions*
-
drop classes*
-
request a refund for dropped courses*
-
make payments via credit card or select to pay via BPAY from your bank or financial institution
-

enrol and pay online*.
* Conditions apply - some services are dependent upon specific programs. Normal enrolment requirements apply, for example pre-requisite and co-requisite courses, entry requirements, and eligibility for refunds.

Existing students must know their student number and have an email address recorded in our student database to enable registration. Please contact us if you require assistance.
Register for access
Go to http://enrol.tafe.net.

Click the register button on the bottom left of the screen.

Answer 'yes or 'no' to each question. Click on continue.

Enter your registration details. Click on continue.

When you have successfully completed your registration, your user ID (Student ID number) and password will be sent to you via email. Contact your institute if you do not receive this email.

Retrieve your user ID and password before you attempt to logon.
You only need to register for access once.
Log on to the Student Self Service website

Ensure you have your user ID and password.
-
Go to http://enrol.tafe.net.

Enter your student ID in the user ID field.

Enter your password.
-
Read the terms and conditions, tick the checkbox.

Click log on.
Update your personal details

Click on the My details tab.
-
Use the My details menu on the left hand side to view and/or update any of your personal details.

Simply add or remove any details and select the Save button.

Add a new address.
-
Click on the Add a new type of address link to add an address that is not already shown.

Update an address.
-
Click on the Modify address details link under the address you want to update.
Change your password

Select the Change password link from the Miscellaneous menu.

Enter your current password.
-
Enter your new password twice.
-
Select the Change password button to save your new password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password on this site by selecting the Forgotten password link on the home page.
Enrol in a delivery package (selected programs only)

Select the My enrolment tab.

Read the details about what you need to do to enrol.

Read and understand the terms and conditions of enrolment and tick the checkbox.

Select Continue to enrol.

Enter your delivery package number, if you know it or select a previous delivery package (if applicable).

If required enter the password for your delivery package number (your Faculty will supply this number).

Select Continue to begin the enrolment process.

Complete the enrolment process. (Note: to be fully enrolled you need to pay all fees).
